I have a passion to help others discover their genius and fulfill it.

I have pursued this in teaching communications, conflict resolution, voice improvement, stress management in the D.C. area for almost every government agency, teaching acting on the graduate and undergraduate levels part time for 21 years, in my own theatre company in Virginia for 9 years, with individuals from more than 40 countries, as a life coach for 15 years, in print as a columnist, on radio with a “call-in” show, on TV, and as a wife and mother of 4.

I coach individuals, work teams, organizational leaders, entrepreneurs.
