Communications Improvement

Our slogan, “transforming speaking and listening one conversation at a time”, was developed as a response to the facts that people use language poorly and listening is a dying art.

Active listening, paraphrasing, listening for feelings, asking open questions, crafting summary statements, and using all of this in empathetic confrontation are skills that need to be relearned periodically. Like scales for the pianist, these are the building blocks of communication and they must be practiced regularly to facilitate effective communication.
